Took the class as a refresher to my current carry permit. James was a great instructor! Jean also handled herself with professionalism. Would happily go through the course again 15 years from now, as a supplement to the required refresher class.
The time flew by. Great instructor. I was a lil nervous, I hadn't fired a handgun in almost 17yrs and only went to the range once before the class. I've been working with long range rifles/AR's and shotguns. So I was a little nervous. The instructor reminds me of my instructors in the military and that helped a lot... lol Very good course, and he instructed me very well... I do need some more range and instruction when it comes to my particular weapon. He told me that, and I appreciated that. A+++++++++ On everything
There's a lot of information to learn for someone with no experience with guns, the law, or safety. The instructors were very thorough though. I'm really glad I signed up and I feel more confident now.
When I arrived at the class, I was shocked at how so many fellow Colorado natives, as well as members from different areas were willing to participate in this movement. I had expected to be tested and pushed mentally. That is exactly what James did. I learned a great deal of useful information that was made effectively clear. I am grateful for the opportunity Concealed Coalition has done for me. I will refer my experience to fellow members of Concealed Coalition.
Well, In simple terms It was easy. I had fun during the process one, two the general simplicity of this website is unique in its own way. Now I'm just going to rant so I can get to the 50 words. Love you guys and God bless, God bless America, God loves you and wants you to be free from all that you're challenging ("correction" overcoming).
The class was great. Very informative and had a great instructor that made the experience safe, smooth, and fun. I would highly recommend Concealed Coalition to everyone in search of firearm safety/training.
My wife and I took the concealed carry class together and we only have positive things to say about Concealed Coalition. Very professional informative presentation, and the instructors allowed for plenty of student involvement to facilitate clarity for all students of all experience levels. I would recommend this class to anyone interested in carrying. They covered so many topics, the legal aspect, transporting, safety, and law enforcement interaction just to name a few. The class booklet and multiple-choice quiz were fun to fill out. This class is not something you should be intimidated to take on and complete. We enjoyed the class and we both came away with a strong understanding of the responsibility one gains when they can carry concealed.
Instructor Pino was organized, professional and efficient.
I didn't really know the length of the presentation, ultimately, I wanted more!
Many myths were dispelled, and I left feeling confident about the process going forward. Previously I did not fully appreciate the full weight of carrying a firearm, now, thanks to instructor Pino, I have a deeper insight into the responsibility of using deadly force.
The importance of making that split second decision of using deadly force or what alternative means you have…when an issue presents itself was eye opening!
The fact too of legal representation is big!
This was such an easy, fun and informative experience! My instructor was Clinton Foster and he was super punctual and extremely knowledgeable and kind. The guys that owned the shop were very welcoming as well. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to go through this process.
