I ordered 5 t shirts over 2 months ago, after checking tracking it said it was delivered. I have never had an issue with any deliveries coming to my house, and after contacting customer service they would not give me a 100% refund! I have no product and am out the money! The best they could do was 90% on a refund! Sorry but I will never be ordering from this company again because they do not care one bit about their customers! It honestly is a scam because I was buying these in support of veterans and America, and now I have nothing to show for it! Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this company!

Completed an order on March 07, and a pay pal charge was processed same time. No tracking information was ever sent and I send 3 emails requesting info. No contact whatsoever. Finally able to make phone contact and was told no order was being processed. Cancelled order terrible customer service.

If you are looking to help a Vet, donate your time. Don't use this place. I had ordered almost a month ago and yet there is squat to show for it. They even lied to BBB that it had been delivered.

I bought into this and their mission. It's almost been a month and still haven't gotten my order. Did not know it was made overseas. Would rather pay more for American made. Will never make that mistake again.

I ordered a bracelet and as a veteran I am proud to support such a noble organization. Great quality

I've ordered and received several shirts and a large travel cup. No problems with any of them. TVP shirts are among my favorites because of the fit and ease of care, plus they are very soft. I support the company because I care about our veterans, even though I didn't serve myself. My finances won't allow me to order often, but I get positive comments every time I wear the shirts. Thank you for your service, TVP.

Wrote a long review that apparently the company wasn't happy with so it wasn't posted... personally not happy with this company and you can't respond to texts or emails!

Placed an order for the 9/11 special shirts. Bought two in august 19th. It's now September 5th. I have received no information regarding order confirmation, shipping confirmation or anything. Reached out via email and have yet to receive a response. Will be contacting my financial institution in the morning to dispute for fraud.

They tell you one delivery date then they change it. They keep there word. And when you reach out to them they act like they don't care about you the customer

Til Valhalla Project is a business that supports veterans and their mental wellbeing. They donate large amount of money to veteran organizations that can help them overcome their mental health issues due to depression and PTSD, and honor past solders and their families.

I have purchased several shirts from TVP and they are wonderful. The quality is nice and the shirts are not stiff where the graphics are. My experience with customer service was positive and I became an Elite Member. Every month I get a shirt that is made special for elite members, a sticker and this month they even threw in a metal license plate for my Jeep. From what I understand the shirts are designed by veterans and the company is run by them as well.

I love the fact that this company is run by veterans and that they give large amounts of money to help combat veteran PTSD and suicide. So far they have donated over a million dollars to this fight. They also make plaques for the families of our fallen heroes.

It's nice to know that because I'm an elite member a larger portion of my monthly membership goes to helping soldiers and families. Not only do I get an awesome shirt and cool stuff every month I also get to know that I am making a difference in someone life.

I highly recommend TVP and if you can swing it become an Elite Member, and make even a bigger contribution and impact on the heroes that so bravely protects our families and way of life.

I have ordered several Tshirts and an aluminum wrist band. They all arrived within 10 days of ordering. These are quality items that help this organization give back to veterans and their families. Who could ask for more! Big Thumbs Up!

So I came across this in my Instagram So I checked them out My Father was a WW2 vet My Son was Military I received it within 2 weeks Great comp and they Help People I will order more It may take a few weeks to receive but who cares as long as they continue Helping

Shipped on time. Love the memorial bracelet and I appreciate the free coaster. Members of my family fought at Lexington/Concord, Samuel and Aaron Chamberlain so the coaster is a great reminder of their patriotism.

It's a shame their customer service and shipping time is so horrible because the idea behind the company is great. If you have a solid 3 weeks to a month to wait on your items then go for it. Their clothes make a statement and I love that. I buy their stuff for my whole family. Honestly, I buy from grunt style too and their clothes make it here within days vs weeks. I might buy from them in the future if I have time to kill.

I have ordered 3 sweatshirts and 3 t-shirts since November 2021. The last sweatshirt I ordered was a 2xl because I wanted a backup for the 2xl I had at home. When I received my hoody, I checked the tag to make sure the size was right and then put it in the washer. When it dried I put it on to wear it and I swam in it. I then double checked my tags to make sure they were sized the same. This was obviously sized wrong on the tag and should have been marked a 3xl. I called the company (after emailing them a week prior) and right out the gate Hailey said they wouldn't accept a return because I had washed it and they couldn't resell it. Well why would they resell it? Its defective and the next buyer would have the same problem w the sizing. I am a Veteran and stand behind companies that help Veterans out but this one doesn't stand behind their own words of a no-hassle return policy. If a product is defective- there definitely should be no hassle. Disappointed.

Love the mission, especially as a vet. 2 of the many shirts I purchased solely to support the mission ran after 60 days, and I was told that it happened due to improper washing and I am out of luck. Cold with other colors is pretty simple and has worked for me for 50 years. Intried to comment on Facebook, but you can't, and based on the Indeed employee reviews I'm not the only frustrated one. It's a shame, they lost my future business because of their poor customer service. As they grow, I hope they take customer service lessons from larger successful companies.

These people here at the Til Valhalla Project are the real deal and as a retired law enforcement officer for the Department of Corrections it's truly more then my honor and privilege to support such a worthy cause. The Till Valhalla Project supports and recognizes our true heroes both military and first responders who have given everything to keep us safe.

I couldn't take more pride and be more proud in wearing my T-shirts / bracelets that wear true to size and are of great quality.

Thanks so very much Til Valhalla for what you do and what you stand for as we give back to our heroes just a very small fraction in comparison to what they have given and continue to give us.
