My order arrived with an error. Accidents happen, it is how it is handled that matters. They have been wonderful. Great customer service /communication. They immediately rectified the issue and put a rush on it so I have the product on time. Many Thank You's for making this process easy!

Amazing Site and Service

During this very difficult time I was so happy to find this site! I have bought bathroom guest towels, napkins, and several gifts. Every item met or exceeded my expectation, and the recipients loved them! I also called having questions on items and the customer service was also excellent. You have a loyal customer in me! Thanks

This is the worst experience I have had purchasing online. They were very unprofessional and rude. I would have given a zero star but there was no option for zero. They do not deserve 1 star.

The customer service was abysmal. I received a gift certificate for this retailer - I'd have rather received a greeting card than have to deal with this organization.

Way Overpriced
July 18, 2020

The quality of this service is way overpriced for what you get. The edges of the cards were jagged; the printing is ok; and when I went to fold the envelopes they aren't folding straight. Overall, the stationery looks cheap for a $250 purchase (75 cards)

I agree with the previous reviewer. The paper quality on the note cards and the printing - both were below average. Not what I need in my business. I would not order from them again. There are no returns so buyer beware.

Amazing customer service

Thank you stationary studio! You have exceptional customer service! I ordered note pads for my employer for Christmas and they didn't arrive or got lost by FedEx and you replaced the note pads free of charge! Thank you so much! You were so pleasant to work with and so understanding!

They could not fulfill the order due to lack of supply, forcing me to last minute compromise my wedding choice colors to a very off option. They were unprofessional and unsympathetic to the inconvenience caused by a significant delay in delivery time, particularly on an order that was far from my first choice color options. I would not recommend their service.

I recently ordered a few notepads for gifts for coaches. The notepads came in before the date they were promised, each set wrapped with a ribbon and they were ready to give. The coaches loved the gifts!

Not worth it

I got some personal note cards and they are OK (just OK, mind you). However, I splurged to get lined envelopes but the envelopes aren't lined, just the top part of the envelop is lined (you can read the bottom half of the cards through the envelope. They are made to look liked when you seal them and when they are opened, but it isn't really what you paid for.

Spend the extra money for quality printing (maybe do it local where you can see what you are getting prior to spending your money).

While the product range looks wonderful the actual service is horrible! I ordered simple, white stationery with my last name embossed. My name is only 4 letters long and they still managed to mess up the spelling - not once, but twice! It took approximately 1 1/2 months to get the correct order delivered. Since they could print my simple order, I can't imagine that they are capable of printing more complex ones such as wedding invites. I would DEFINATELY not recommend this site for printing anything important such as invites. If you have the time and energy to hound them to get the job done right then by all means use them - the product did end up looking nice (eventually).
