Rainbow Resources has been exellent every time I have ever ordered from them. I always appreciate their helpful customer service when I make an error during my order as I have done a couple of times. They get my order fixed and it never delays it. They have always went above and beyond with every order I have made with them. I have homeschooled since about 2010 and over the years I have made a lot of orders through them. They are always a great resource!

I ordered Melissa & Doug Pizza Seasoning Set. They showed 1 available in stock. I put it in my cart and completed the order. My credit card was charged and I received an email thanking me for my order. When I checked the status of the order it showed as cancelled. They didn't even bother to let me know. I asked about it and was told they didn't have it and couldn't get it. I have been looking for this item and was very excited to finally be getting it. They gave different reasons to why it wasn't being sent. One told me they didn't have it, it was only available for backorder. Not true. Another said it was either a problem with inventory or was damaged. AFTER I asked about the order they said they've refunded it. The charge which I've now disputed is still on my account. I will not try them again!
