Even over the Christmas and New Years holidays, I found the staff to be responsive. I'm very happy with the final product and I think it was a very reasonable price.

I've used Logo Boutique a few times before but when it came to coming up with a logo for my new bow shop, I had no idea where to start. I purchased their premium package which included 10 logo concepts and unlimited revisions, and I certainly got the extent of my package! Their responses and new designs were always done promptly, and they were completely understanding and patient with my indecisiveness. After what seems like 500 back and forths, I have my shop logo and couldn't be happier with the results and my experience. :)
I sent in a request with suggested ideas I had. Within 24 hours I had 3 options. I made multiple changes and revisions. Each time I had a revised logo within 24 hours. They stayed in touch throughout the process and did exactly what I requested. After final approval I was sent the logo in multiple file formats and grayscale and color. If you are considering a logo designer, stop looking and sign up.
Not happy with the Logo Boutique. I paid $129 PLUS a $45 rush fee and got logos a 12 year old could make. I had to send them logos I have been working on MYSELF to get anywhere close to what I asked for. They then proceeded to COPY my logo, with no changes - why would I use their service if I wanted the exact logo I made MYSELF? I wanted expert quality work, who would actually look at my reference photos and my notes. Instead I got a copy paste of random elements on other trademarked logos! (Pebble Beach Company). When I asked for a refund, I got a NO. So I now need to fight with my bank and recover the wasted money. Don't use this website!
I was attracted to The Logo Boutique because they were running a special and I saw that there were some upbeat designs in their portfolio. I think my initial instruction wasn't detailed enough and as a result I wasn't happy with the initial look of the logo they created. But they listened to my feedback and the second look absolutely reflected that. I think the key is to be very specific with your instructions.
