Worse experience. Initially it will work well and after every couple of weeks your STB gets blocked specially when there is a India cricket match going on. It's difficult to get hold of them to fix it. Phone numbers or email don't work on the website.
Basically they scam you by selling a package and things will stop working in few weeks. You have no we're to contact them. People get trap seeing good price but it's a scam

This is a scam business. It offers streaming service for 5 years for $270 but after few months cuts the service off. Doesn't respond to complaints then. Even paid for 5 years the account shows expiring next month and renews for few monthly base then cuts off. Don't fall in the trap and loose your money.

I have been using their services from last 3 years and never had any kind of issues their picture quality and channels streaming is really excellent never had any freezing issues which i had with other providers using earlier now i owe their 3 connections all for 5 years and it is really working fabulous, I believe at times Iptv services do have certain issues related to reboot however my experience has been amazing with the thecityiotv their technical support has always been very helpful in having the issue resolved their customer service is really outstanding
