High expectations that were not met

Working with this company on our branding strategies was supposed to be a great experience. But from what we experienced, it was as if they did not understand what our brand stood for. We ended up spending money that we did not receive value for.

These people didn't tell me where they were putting my money despite several attempts. I am disappointed that I let them waste my money and fill their own pockets.
