I placed my subscription order in December 2024. I was supposed to get a tote bag and monthly print copies. It is now nearly april and i have not gotten the tote, i got ONE issue of the magazine and customer service is telling me my next issue will be May edition. I originally had to reach out in February because i still hadn't gotten a magazine. CS said it was because they didn't have an address on file (not true) for me. So i gave them it. I then got a magazine a few weeks later. I have now had to repeat this process AGAIN with them telling me they don't have an address on file. But they will not answer when I ask how that's possible. Customer service is a nightmare to deal with, they respond every 3-4 days and o my half answer questions, it all seems like AI or autogenerated. I am shocked that this is a Condé Nast publication as it seems like a complete and utter scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I subscribed to AD in 2023 for its insight into my business as an Interior Designer. However, I never received an issue. When I was contacted about renewing my subscription, I cancelled it with an explanation of lack of receipt and service. Yesterday I had my bank account debited for $260 by Condé Nast for something, of which I have no idea and for which nothing was indicated. This is not the business practice of a legitimate company. I have filed a claim with my bank for a fraudulent transaction. BEEARE
Lousy customer service. She actually LAUGHED at me! I complained that I subscribed 3 weeks ago, I've been bombarded with 4 emails a day, and never received a magazine. She said it will be 6 more weeks! Just go buy a magazine from a physical store. Do not subscribe.
No help from the team or customer care whatsoever. No call backs or emails for weeks. I did not receive anything paid for.
Do not sign up for this site they treat you in with the promise of "free" gifts but you are unable to cancel till the first bill comes out as you need a code from a magazine to cancel your subscription stay away or lose $24
Very well designed and best company. Do subscribe them approach them to do you architecture work and related to them.
This used to be a very good site for architects to critique each other's work but it has been allowed to deteriorate and now has mainly mediocre apps and hints.
