Everyone is so friendly, from the instructors to my peers. I've gotten so much out of their classes. I was a little intimidated at first because I didn't know anything, I was out of shape AND these are real fighters teaching the classes. That feeling I had quickly faded during my first class with them because they're so welcoming and professional. I really enjoy learning what these pros teach me and I recommend this gym to anyone and everyone.
