Disgusting seller and damaged products

Disgusting seller. I ordered a dressing table for my 4-year-old for a Christmas present and when I opened the box it was seriously damaged. They stated that will send a replacement only for the part but they did not. Now they offer me a 20% discount or return the product unopened.

Would never order directly from the company again
December 15, 2021
This company was difficult to work with. I placed my order November 20th to arrive by Christmas. I sent a total of five emails asking for updates on delivery as I could see my item wasn't shipped. On December 13th I received a message saying they regret to inform me my item is not in stock. Super frusterating. I called several times and left messages. No one ever got back to me aside from my email.
