My 2018 Audi A6 has a screen that is not a "touch screen". I found this company on Alibaba and it seemed like the perfect solution. The pre-purchase process appeared very hands on and personal from the company as in, they appeared to be very precise about what my car would require.
I received my package to find a load of parts, no wiring diagram, no descriptions, no instructions. After two months of back and forth with delays for their holiday, a flood, and then their engineer on vacation, I was finally informed that; "The original system must be controlled on the buttons, You touch the screen it goes back to our Android system".
Alibaba only has comments or recourse for 30 days, I unfortunately trusted this company to provide a touch screen option for my vehicle. They provide a touch screen, but only for their software.
