I rediscovered this company after many years. The fact that they are still in business leads to there longevity and legitimacy. Great prices, and truly excellent service. No refund after three unsuccessful deliveries! I had to pester them to get answers and I had asked for a refund after a final shipment. All this has been going on for over a year and I haven't received any cigars and have lost 500 euros! Avoid them!

As your payment was made over a year ago, the transaction is no longer eligible for a refund due to payment processor limitations. To ensure you are compensated, we have credited the value of the undelivered product to your member account. You can redeem this credit at any time for future purchases.

Please note that we are unable to ship to France at this time. However, you are welcome to place a new order for delivery to another European country.

The service is terrible. Still waiting for a shipment since September. I paid for a second shipment and still not delivered. Takes very long for customer service to reply. Not happy at all. I hope they make it right.

Fantastic Customer Service!

I had a small issue with the original order. The Customer Service Rep Oksana was in contact with me several times with updates, and after arrival (in only a few weeks) she continued to follow up to be sure I was satisfied. We spoke about my concerns and she addressed immediately and had my order re-shipped. I got that in 15 days which was amazing and in time for my daughters wedding. Oksana is a rock star, and the Cuban Cigars I received in the re-shipment are perfect. I would recommend Swiss Cuban Cigars to everyone! Great prices, great quality, and fantastic service!

I have been purchasing my cigars from Swiss Cuban for about 2 years now, and they are nothing short of the word professionalism. Even though they are thousands of miles away they are always available to return an email, or even pick up the phone. There is a large selection to choose from, they have great, authentic products and they always stand by their service to their patrons.
Highly recommend this company.

I was sent an order of various Cubans of which 3 Partagas were substituted for Club cigaros? It took a while but all was made right. Great service. Cubans rock.
