My experience with this site was excellent. Delivery was prompt and, as opposed to other suppliers, they tracked my shipment right up to the point of its delivery to me. To me this showed they care about customer satisfaction.
The following link doesn't explain anything, I see only a warning letter requesting the sites' owner to remove the words "Lights", "Ultra Lights", "Mild" etc. from the product names.Not a word about fines which may be imposed to customers if they buy from these sites. You've better read the full article instead of misinforming and deceiving people. I order from them for 2 years. NO PROBLEMS AT ALL!

More than half of these reviews start with "I've been ordering from azcigs.com". And more than half of these reviews are five or four stars. The site operators actually are DESPERATE enough to write their own fake reviews. I have not ordered from this site, but after reading the REAL reviews, I'm gonna say this site earns itself -5 stars. It seems like everyone was jipped and ripped off. As I said, I haven't ordered from this site, but I'm not stupid enough to. And if the person reading this is considering buying from them, I hope you're not either.
Azcigs is the most reliable, customer satisfaction at every order made. I would not use any other web site to purchase from. Prices are great, shipping on time and always a email when delivered
