I ordered 3 cartons of cigarettes from eu-cigs.com and after I paid I got a thank you you message from AZ-Smokes.com and received no email receipt or tracking info

WARNING - DANGER: The PACT Act forces all USA-based vendors to Tax and/or REPORT you to tax authorities for post-sales taxation. You pay full taxes either way. Result? There are NO savings. ANY USE of CREDIT CARDS or E-CHECKS for online cheap cigarettes purchases may also be reported to your state tax authority, insurer, or employer. Result? The Taxman TAXES you. You LOSE your savings. You have major losses and aggravations! The PACT Act PROHIIBTS shipping retail tobacco with the US MAIL system. Result? Online retailers close. Any attempted mailing gets reported so you can be taxed. Overseas Duty Free shops cannot mail to you. If you order from them, you pay your money - and don't get your order or get taxed!

Answer:
Not denying you are getting great cigs and service- Just reminding that it is illegal to ship tobacco products, in any amounts, into the USA through the USPS. Plain and simple. Check with your postoffice- they will tell you. I don't believe they are confiscated- (don't really know, I think the postal service would have that right) but when caught- they are returned to the shipper. I'm sure many DO get through- My shipment went BACK to AZS and they had to reprint the label and re-ship, with new label NOT showing the contents as cigarettes, then they DID get through. Just saying, it's an illegal practice as of July 1st 2010.
