Purchased Zero Gravity Running Leggings in Olive Leopard Print as a gift for my mom. First attempt to wear, found 3 holes in upper part of leg. Did not wear. Phone calls to US and UK number non-working. Sent 5 emails. Got an automated reply after third one with que number and response promised in 4 days. 15 days later, still no resolution. Will not purchase from SB again as service after the sale is a hallmark of great companies. Buyer beware!
I purchased over $150.00 leggings and wanted to return few bc it didn't fit right. I reached out to customers several times to no avail! Not all their products are superior. Some are bad. Keep in mind that if you need to speak to someone, there is no one who will reply back to your emails. Buyer be aware!
Email confirming my order of 2 pairs of leggings received 11/1/23. No further emails about my order and Goods not yet received! Contacted customer services (who btw advise ca SEVEN days to respond) and still no Goods! Terrible customer services.
Before quality was much better... Now, they charge almost 100£ for leggings and it teared so quickly... Didn't even exercise with those and wore just for walking... I used to buy loads of leggings and some of them are still in a good condition more than 2/3years but recently quality is very poor and pricy... Very disappointed as it was my favourite brand...

I am a customer at ASOS for a long time. And unfortunately, I'm done with this company after they never figure out with my refund on $450-600. That's a lot of money for me. I dropped my three packages more than a month ago. They never receive my packages therefore no refund for me because I don't gave proof of postage. They couldn't even provide me with a USPS tracking number that they usually send with the order. With that said, if you just drop your package without a proof of postage, you are losing you money. You are responsible for that and they will not help you with that and it us no matter how much you spend over there!

I received a pair of legging with a nickel size hole in the lower left leg at the seam. I have not heard beck from customer service and they want to charge me $10.00 for shipping to return them. I like the leggings but should not have to pay to exchange them. My 30 days to exchange will be void by the time I hear from someone... IF I HEAR FROM SOMEONE.
Bough this coat and wore about 5/6 times before I noticed the hood stitching was coming undone. Contacted SB in October to advice of this and sent photo. They didn't reply so contacted them again and eventually they replied in November asking to send photos which I did. I emailed them a further 3 times as had no response. I then tried social media through Facebook to be told it was too late to return. Even though when I first contacted them it was 2 months within the return period. They have ignored this fact stating that it's outside return period and I have to send back to get credit. Coat is out of stock that I originally bought and tbh I'm not sure I would want to replace it like for like anyway due to the issue however they are clearly not adhering to their returns policy for faulty goods. I've asked to make complaint but no one has got back to me. I will avoid this company in future, wish I'd read reviews on their customer service before spending money with them. I wont be settling however and will get advice from trading standards
