I had a great experience using swapalease.com and with Lisa as my Account Manager (ext. 2001). If you have a need to find someone to take over your lease, definitely use them.
Swapalease.com is a fantastic way to get out of the lease you don't want or can't afford anymore. Our experience was extremely possitive. Nick Wilmers was our account manager. He was professional, attentive and responsive. Additionally he is very knowledgable and can suggest strategies that would expedite the process. We highly recommend Swapalease.com as well as Nick Wilmers (*******100 EXT 2024).
I tried this for 6 months a complete waste of money and my time. People want your lease for free.and sometimes people pretend you have a deal then they just cancel last minute.
Lisa Feldman advised me to use their top tier listing option for my vehicle as it should get transferred in 30days and she was absolutely correct. She was also available for questions along the way and responded immediately if she wasn't initially available. Process went exactly as she advised and extremely smoothly. Lisa is a professional and extremely effective. Great service that I highly recommend!
I had my car inspected and they ran it in the auction, came back with a bid but they refused to me show any paperwork stating the bid and they wouldn't show the lease payoff on paper. Only verbally, they could have been made up numbers for all I know. Supposedly it was a "wash". In the end I decided not to trust them. I dealt with MIKE BECKER, said he's been doing this for 7 years and never showed anything in writing or on a company letterhead, not from them and not from the finance company. WHAT? Also, he insisted on speaking over the phone and seemed like he was avoiding an email paper trail.
NICK WILMERS HELPED ME A LOT! Told me about different packages, listened to my concerns with other lease company. Posted on Swapalease with NIck's help. BINGO. Buyer the first day! I don't have a picture of the agreement; another dealership took over my car's lease - BMW of Silver Springs, Md.
Sorry to all those who had a bad experience. I was a little skeptical at first... I did not "swap my lease" but someone bought my vehicle via the site and luckily the buyer was a pro who actually taught me the process so I lucked out.
The folk at Swapalease (Cherie Hook in particular) helped me out, appreciated my military service, and were responsive to my newbie needs and concerns.
If I have to do this again they will get my business without question.
I took their 49.9$ membershipThey gave seller contact details
He says car was already sold, lost money
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It's challenging to have the private sellers update their listing at times. We have measures to keep them current but typically once they have sold, they have move on and may not come back to update right away. Please contact me directly at jnovak@swapalease.com so we can update that listing and we will take care of you if you paid the one-time fee for membership and the car was not available.
I'm not a person to write a review, this is actually my first ever but the experience has left me so furious I felt I needed to warn other people. I signed up for the $350 package to put the add on their server to find a buyer and they would process the transaction. After two weeks I found a qualified buyer on my own. I got them to sign up to the website and fill out their credit app. For one month now I have been getting the run around that it will be a week later then a week later. Mike Cintron and Troy Daniels are complete liars and this company actually doesn't have a system in place to process the transaction. They are looking to steal your $350 and never hear from you again. Every answer I got was I don't know what to say, I'm just as upset as you are, we are waiting to hear back from the banks, and now today 3/30/22 they told me their company was suspended and they can no longer actually "swap leases". How can this company still be open? I'm going to file with the attorney general. They will steal your $350, they will waste your time and I lost my qualified buyer.
ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY COMPLETELY
I'm Brandon Marks from Boston Massachusetts

It is unfortunate to hear that you had a bad experience. We have been in business for over 20 years, have helped thousands of people and we do not participate in any illegitimate practices. Worst customer service experience. Poor communication resulting in frustration and confusion. Seller and I were so confused what to do next. Sales rep & refinancing rep were missing & ghosting us all the time. Tried calling them, email them and left voice messages multiple times to make things work.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appologize for the bad experiece. Please reach out to me directly here so that I can look into your account and I will do everything I can to make things right.
Contacted Nick Wilmers, got back to me quickly, got ad on the site up, sold the car in 2 days. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
I couldn't believe it! My car got so much interest and sold very quickly. In fact, the first person to contact me did so within five minutes of my listing going live and was the person I sold it to.
Lisa Feldman at extension 2001 was my personal account manager and I highly recommend her. Lisa is truly dialed in! She and others were always available for questions and guidance, whether by email or phone.
My car was a hot commodity, so you may not have the same experience if yours is not, but I can tell you that swap-a-lease really works and is legit. By the way, I went for the least expensive package as I figured I would get a lot of interest and I was right.
Lots of promises "take the most expensive package and 90% your car will sell in 30 days max".
Why, how do you know that. Well easy we post your car everywhere, on our website front page, social media, etc etc etc etc.
Well…NOTHING! Zero. And I cannot find it on website or anywhere.
Mercedes lot is empty…nothing? How!
Be careful did not work for me and they get PAID UP FRONT…NO REFUNDS NO MATTER.
If they had that record I was sold…they would not NEED OR USE A …NO REFUND NO
WAT EXCUSE!
After payming my membership. I made about 15 calls of available listing but none of them got reachable. All calls were forwarded to voice box. Then I was told I reached the maximum call limits. I tried to contact the help but everyting was gone.
I am highly skeptical that this business is a fraud. If not, they shouldn't charge the buyer and hide the seller info. Never trust them.
This appears to be a scam website. I paid $75 for a "membership" to access lease sellers, but after 10 attempts at phone/email/text, I received no replies. I think this website is simply astroturfing with fake profiles to sell worthless memberships. I'm trying to get my money back now with no help from them.
I am trying to take over a lease. I paid for the premium subscription. I already emailed and phoned two cars that I was interested in, and either of them reached out.
I think there is a scam. Try to avoid that website.
Isabel, please contact me at your convenience at jnovak@swapalease.com I would like to make things right and I will do everything I can to help.
Despite reading bad reviews i decided to give it a try and i was stupid. My account manager is Vernon who tried to sell me the highest package and since then has not been of any help and has not contacted me or returned my calls.
We have a live support team available 6 days a week. Please reach out to me at jnovak@swapalease.com I would like to look at your listing and I will do everything I can to help out.
I've been using swapalease.com for 13 years now and their malpractices to coerce a customer into listing a car have become kind of retaliatory. For example, if I intend to list a car to transfer it's lease and in the middle of creating the listing - right at the beginning itself, if I decide not to move forward for whatever reason, they deactivate your account completely and lock you out! This is how dumb way their website is created. And on top of that they keep using this nonsense logic of "helping to list your car notion" when the customer doesn't even want to do it, but has to now call them to somehow get the account going again becasue they lock you out of the account. Pathetic way of doing business!
This service is a sham and not to be trusted. The platform is sold as being able to exit a least without hassle. This is not the case. Don't use this site unless you plan on having a lot of looks of your profile and no real buyers interested. They have TERRIBLE terms and conditions, so make sure you read the polices and know what you are getting yourself into.
Very unsatisfied with this company. Takes forever to have someone take over your car lease. The 350 dollar deposit to get your car on the site is NON REFUNDABLE. They never told me that upfront so now I am out 350 dollars and still stuck with my lease. Very misleading.
We are sorry to hear that you have not been happy with our service. Please contact me directly so that I can find you in our system, look at your account and make suggestions about what we can do to better help you our of your lease.
