I am an active YouTuber for almost two years, and I use a USB drive to record gameplay footage from my XBox. Problem is that now it won't let me record via my flashdrives anymore! And their support site is crap!
There's no phone number to call them on the issues, and I'm about getting ready to call Channel 9 on Your Side to report this bad business.
