I bid on a unit low 100 went to over 300 I feel it was someone at the facility bidding me up he didn't pay for it they tried to sell it to me for 300 it should have been where I started an he started bidding me up
Trash App not recommended! This people steal the good things and organize all the SH it together so they don't even pay for cleaning! You can see how organized they make it, dishes together with shoes,or a broken fridge full of letters! They are scamming and they don't have anyone to force them into the law they supposed to be working! I have the experience to pay for one picture and find out at the time I was there half of the storage empty and anybody knows nothing or what happened!Several calls to the manager with no response,Storage treasure team offered me a VIP account for one month free but to keep charging me next month 30 bucks without knowing it,,,That's SCAM that's why I wish for all this trash bags all their families die while they sleeping at bed that's my best wish for all you trash bags
For all of you new auction bidders or bidders who have been bidding on storage treasures, if you dont buy and use their bidding app from Storagetreasures, you will not win a bid. I personally think its unethical and cheating so my units for auction from my properties will not be sold on storage treasures any longer as I don't do business with unethical business's

Storage treasures just told me that it is okay for the facility managers to violate the rules that they have posted and go into these lockers and take pictures of whatever they want whether it's inside boxes or not. So these facility managers are going through this stuff and posting them is lien units when they should be manager specials we are getting robbed in storage treasures is letting them rob us. This picture is an email that I got from storage treasures associates telling me that it is okay it's not against the law but they didn't say anything about it being against their rules...Locker Fox won't allow managers to enter the lockers if they do they're not allowed to post them as lien units

They had the worst customer service.There's really no point calling them when you need help.
You know a place has really bad customer service when it's not a recorded line so they know they can get away with anything.
Horrible customer service - you can't understand anything they're saying and they don't actually do anything. Horrible choices of the storage companies they partner with - they allow the storage companies to lie and belittle the PAYING AUCTION CUSTOMERS and then do nothing, even if the customer has proof. Run! Go anywhere else! If they're the only auction company in your area don't take the chance! You will be treated horribly!
I bid on Auction ID: ******* which was to end on August 6 at approx 10 am. I watched as the clock ticked down to zero then jumped up to 24 hours remaining. I complained and they denied it happened but I saw it live happen. At the most the clock should have bumped up 3 minutes if some one bid in the last 3 minutes. I do not trust this site.
They have forced a subscription service in order to use their site and have increased their premiums dramatically. I've used this site for a while and while some of their stuff seems sketchy in the past, this move it beyond reprehensible.
This has to be the worst online auction site out there. More than half of all my sales are declined credit cards, Storage treasures do not check if credit cards a valid when bidding and make you jump through hoops for bidders that shouldn't be allowed to bid. Worst customer service ever! Even upper management are idiots. Took over a week to register a storage facility they told me wasn't allowed to have auctions. After me having to jump through hoops (even getting the storage facility manager to call them directly) to prove they're wrong and the storage facility is good they finally allowed it. Wasting over a week of sales I could have sold. Don't waste your time this company they won't be here long ……just read all the great reviews they have lol!
