I've been a HUGE fan of this company. Well, I ordered a holiday gift for my son. Jersey in a shadow box. Was put together like garbage. Plexiglass keeps falling out. Tried calling to speak with someone, and all they care about is exchange or not. I don't want to pack it back up. I'll fix myself. But I want to talk with someone, express my displeasure, and see what they have to say. They could care less. Can't get anyone to call me back. This company has dropped off in a big way in the last two years.

I ordered a baseball jersey for my event. It's been over 4 weeks and a item that is in stock has yet to be delivered. I do want to point out that the money was out of my account in less than a minute. So they seem very efficient at taking, but not actually providing the goods that were ordered. I really can't see using or recommending this Company for anything they cannot provide immediately. Please avoid using this company at all cost. Very disappointing and unreliable service save your money and time.

Help with a lost package

Tracie did a great job helping me through the frustration of a package lost by Fedex. The package was found, but if it had not been, I was comfortable that there would be a positive outcome with her help.

Made many of purchases with Steiner and have never been disappointed. I had a specific request that I spoke to Cristin about and she handled it with such a positive attitude and even followed up with me after it was complete. A+++ customer service! My grandson (a USC fan because of Grandma...) will be blown away to receive JuJu Smith Schuster's Pittsburgh Steelers autographed shoes for Xmas. When delivery showed they may come after the 25th, I called Steiner Sports to request a 2 day delivery. Jose was great- he knew the importance of getting these shoes for the big day and he told me he would speak with shipping and get back to me with 24 hours. He did, They updated the shipping and I will have them long before the 25th - for a nominal increase in shipping costs. Having someone who listens to your needs, and communicates back in a timely manner - what more could you ask for? I will purchase again - i have another grandson! E M

I had an issue that required customer service, and was working with Shakira. She is an absolute delight, she had a quick understanding of my issue, and handled everything quickly and smoothly.

I ordered a baseball for my father in law for a fairly well known Mets plays of the 70-80s. The photo of the ball was stained, but the price was right so I ordered it online and was offered free shipping. The free shipping had a significant catch. They don't actually seem to be able to ship the ball for several weeks. It took them a week to acknowledge they were "processing" the shipment and estimate another 3-4 weeks for delivery. I do want to point out that the money was out of my account in less than a minute. So they seem very efficient at taking, but not actually providing the goods that were ordered.

I really can't see using or recommending this Company for anything they cannot provide immediately. Also the review site doesn't accept a PDF file (really? In 2022) as proof of purchase.
