Never prepay for any services with this company... they will take the money and run. Their customer services will give you the run around too. Be warned.
If you prepay any amount for their service beware... they can take it without providing you the service and you will not be able to get it back... they will block your calls to their customer service and will not respond to your emails... i lost USD 200 which I had prepaid and they just took it! Unbelievable isn't it!
