My account was suspended without any prior notice while it held $40 I had earned through legitimate work. I did not receive a clear reason, and I'm now unable to access my funds. I strongly urge everyone to withdraw their earnings regularly to avoid similar situations. If you're using this platform, protect your income and document everything.
I've noticed that platforms like this often prioritize buyers while completely ignoring the concerns of freelancers — the very people who do the actual work. It lures in people from poor countries, makes them grind like machines for peanuts, and then throws them out like garbage the moment they start earning. I wasted months of my life on this useless platform. Worked my $#*! off for 10–12 hours a day just to earn a few miserable dollars. Then one day, boom — suspended without a single valid reason. No warning, no explanation, just a pathetic copy-paste message from their so-called "support team." Bunch of clowns sitting behind a desk playing with people's lives. Oh, and they love tracking you. Open one account and they spy across your laptops like f***ing malware. Pop-ups show up on your other devices saying "you're being tracked." What kind of shady-$#*! system is that? Creepy as hell. This isn't freelancing, this is online harassment. Then they ask for ID cards like they're some official institution. Let me guess — they probably SELL that data to god knows who. Can't trust a site that bans people for breathing wrong and hides behind generic replies. I invested money in internet devices, power, and hours of my life. They took it all and gave back anxiety, stress, and disrespect. The founders should be ashamed for exploiting struggling workers. SproutGig is not a platform — it's a f***ing TRAP. SproutGig is a very bad and poorly managed site. It was fine before 2022, but since then, it has become extremely difficult for workers to earn on this platform. The management of SproutGig has designed an algorithm that immediately suspends the accounts of workers as soon as their balance goes above $4, without any valid reason, especially for those workers who follow the site's rules properly. This has happened to me 11 times—whenever my balance exceeds $4, my account is immediately suspended. When I email them, the automated response simply says I didn't follow the rules. We are not children. My advice to everyone is to use a different platform.

Sproutgugs is a scam website, i warn you dont use it, they will suspend your account saying youhave multiple accounts and any no sense, this willhappen once you collect money in your account.

A very unfair place for workers. This site has some absurd rules - if their algorithm evaluates that you have done the same task twice, which does not have to be true at all, you get a penalty of 60 seconds interval between two tasks, which increases every time you are negatively evaluated again. As long as this penalty lasts, you cannot withdraw your money earned until then! Incredibly.This means they can fine you indefinitely for false reasons, and you can't withdraw your money.In addition, Sproutgigs does not provide any protection to the employee from a dishonest employer. Most tasks are scam. A very disappointing experience.

This is a scam site and it is owned by an unknown person from Bangladesh. I worked on it for a month and a half and saved $130. Whenever I want to withdraw, it gives me a penalty for using a VPN proxy, and when the penalty period expires, I try to withdraw and am rejected again because I used a VPN. My father never used it at all. If you find positive comments, they are comments that are bought with money to put them... Be aware that it is a scam site and professional in fraud, and if you do not believe me, you will find on their site the address of their company. Search for that address on Google and you will find that that address is fake and does not belong to that name, i.e. Sproutgigs.

Like others here, there have been a lot of acc suspensions lately, & I'm one of those who experienced it. I have proof that they cannot provide any evidence of what & where I violated, they can't even help me. I even filed a ticket again, but still nothing.

They don't even send an email or notify you the reason why your acc was suspended, you'll just be surprised that your acc is suspended. Their Zendesk support is not consistent. They even take your earnings as part of their policy, so it's really unfair especially for small earners like me.

Always DYOR in online jobs, guys!

Adding insult to injury, many publishers reject completed tasks without reason, and there's zero oversight to hold them accountable. Workers on SproutGigs are treated as expendable, with no value or respect. Save yourself the stress – I strongly discourage anyone from working on this platform unless you want to risk a nervous breakdown.
