I had withdrawn my funds from Kwork wallet on my debit card.
These funds were not credited to my account.
When I talked to the customer support of Kwork they asked me for my account statement and I gave it.
Then they gave me an rrn/arn number.
And Kwork support told me to tell the bank to trace this number and find out where the transaction is.
I did the same but our bank said that we cannot trace this transaction.
I again contacted Kwork support our bank is saying we can't trace this transaction.
Kwork said that you should tell your bank to give us a written letter that we cannot trace this transaction.
Our bank gave this also in writing and I sent it to Kwork.
I have given every document which proves that I did not get the money, I have given it to Kwork.
But they do not want to check on their end
I still have funds in my Kwork account.
I tried to withdraw on two different cards but I am not able to withdraw that fund.
Funds withdrawal request gets canceled within 3 days.
Tried the bank card that Kwork support told me to use.
But to no avail.
This forum is a total waste of time.
