Being me, I ordered the part I needed then read the reviews. After that I had trepidation. What I experienced was great. My part arrived just as promised at the beginning of their delivery time slot ( May 28 to April!). Next day I tried to install & I ordered the wrong part. I called and they could not have been better. I chose to purchase new part and return the incorrect part. I did that yesterday around 4:00 pm. By 5 pm UPS notified me the package was shipped. I will use these guys again.

Avoid ordering from this place they have extremely poor customer service and they have disregard of customers when it comes to shipping not providing tracking number or invoices and when you call them very long hold time much better choices out there that value their customers.

I purchased a brake kit from Speedway Motors through Amazon and the calipers received were the wrong color (gray instead of black). Despite admitting that they shipped the wrong color calipers, Speedway Motors refused to exchange the gray calipers for black ones. The calipers are sold individually, so there is no reason they could not have exchanged them for the color I ordered. Unbelievably poor customer service.
