I recently had a frustrating experience with Snapdeal. I ordered a belt but the delivery was delayed multiple times without any updates. Despite contacting customer service, I didn't receive clear answers about where my product was or when it would arrive. I eventually had to cancel the order but the process to get the refund took much longer.
I ordered a pair of shoes from snapdeal but they delivered the wrong size and the quality was not good. It even arrived longer than expected. The return process was inconvenient. Their customer service is not replying to all my messages. I will not order in this site ever again!

The sneakers I bought arrived within the promised timeframe but did not match the description and the quality was poor. Customer service was unresponsive and I had to initiate a return myself. While the return process was okay, I am still disappointed and left me hesitant to shop here again.

Brilliant app ever used no doubt. So far I have ordered 10 products and all are perfectly fine. Their product assortment is fabulous and prices are reasonable. The app UI is super smooth and user friendly. Snapdeal's model of value ecommerce is exactly what we need i.e. Best quality products at cheap prices as brands doesn't matter. Their customer support is really helpful. Complaints, if any, are resolved in 2 to 3 days. Great service I really love it and would love to order again from them 😊

Answer: Well, it is waste of time because I have purchased indulekha hair oil on sep 12 2019, as they have sent the duplicate hair oil and I return back, they want me to refund my money, till date hasn't refunded my money, as they keep asking the bank details though I have provided everything. They keep asking for my bank statement, though I have purchased the item or product on COD. Cash on delivery, as I have provided the bank account number, IFCS code, branch code. They are just playing sending emails saying send them bank statements in PDF file only. There is no customer care to speak as they have an automated message on the phone when you try to call customer care.
