Purchased the service for the team and it was little used. Smartsheet auto-renewed on the anniversary and when it came to my attention a month later I inquired about cancelling. When I finally got it cancelled I was politely informed that no refund would be provided even though 9-10 month remained of my 12 month service. Very disappointing....and certainly not the act of a customer friendly company. Read their "user agreement/terms" carefully before purchasing.

Out of the various project management software that is out there, I like smartsheet the best. Why? It is simple and easy to use. It is based soley on collaboration using a spreadsheet which is something everyone is used to using. They kept it simple rathing than trying to recreate an entire project management ecosystem. You can pretty much track anything using this system and they have apps on it for every major platform. The best part is the price. Other PM software is on the order of $50 per person per month, they have a simple plan based upon creators of the smartsheets. If you are the only person creating the sheets, the whole thing is $15/month. Cheap. I also like how they are extremely well funded so I know they are not to go bankrupt like I thing the majority of these new PM software companies.
