I used Tangem wallet to trade a coin well long story short the transaction failed and have been asking for a refund for 48 hours! They say the same thing over and over no person to solve the problem so it's a scam be careful using this company

Terrible! Transaction failed and support won't give me a refund. All I am told is the transaction happened but the wallet is down! 72 hours later and nothing. Same canned response that I need to wait longer. Feel like this company might be insolvent.
Update... Worked with Brad (awesome guy) the support over at Simple swap and I was able to get a refund and then make a new request which worked. I let them know communication could be better but I am happy they made it right in the end. Changing to 4 stars as communication missed the mark a bit. I would use them again.

After a few transactions with succes it went wrong,
I deposit an amount on their given adress (wallet and Etherscan confirmed succes)
I never recieved the coins.
Their story was that they couldnt get the money of their own wallet...
They promised a refund, let me pay the gas for that but they didnt solved anything.
No answers, no argument. Just bad luck for me... Costed me $ 100,-
Dont do business with these people...

This means that after creating the exchange, you had to send ETH-ERC 20 to the address specified on the exchange page. As we can see on your wallet screenshot, you sent WETH coins instead of ETH coins. Moreover, you sent WЕTH coins in the Aptos network.
Unfortunately, despite the team's best efforts to access the address to which you sent funds, we were unable to do so. As a result, we are unable to issue a refund.
Please always pay attention to which coin and network you are creating an exchange for. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Waiting for 2 hours for a simple XMR to BTC exchange! This is outrageous. People are loosing money on the exchange rate because this "instant" exchange is not so instant. They come up with all type of excuses. Stay away from this site!

This website gave me a bitcoin cash address for an order, after I sent the money it changed the bitcoin cash address, telling me that the address where I sent the money is not theirs! Please consider this website is a big scam

Be very careful. My funds are simply gone. Attached you will find the transaction. Now, they are not replying anymore (see attached screenshot for proof). Before they were sending me a non existing fake tx hash.

I swapped ETH to XMR and it got stuck as 'Awaiting your deposit'. I got in touch, where they didn't want to release my crypto, nor return it nor resolve the problem, they said they were No-KYC but they dared to ask for proof of residence, photo and barbarities. I don't recommend it and I want my money back
