Haven't gotten my package. I emailed them to ask if they could contact USPS about the over 1 week delay with my package and was told basically it sucks to be me and I would just have to keep waiting another 2-4 weeks. I understand there are postal delays outside their control, but I also run an online business, and I at least file a report with the post office when a customer asks me to. Received 2 very condescending responses to my email asking them to please help look into the postal delays.

I ordered a bunch of pictures (14) I made for my family of my Brother that passed away. The job they did was gorgeous. The shipping was just as they said it would be, a little over a week - there was a weekend to get through. Pictures were beautiful, printed just as i seen them in my browser. Ive ordered from them before and my pictures have been perfect - not to mention the great prices they charge. All around wonderful company to get your printing done.

Love the site. I blow up my pictures from my digital camera into 18x24 posters, and they're only $2 each. Keep in mind shipping is $10 flat rate, so it's smart to order a lot at one time to make it worth it. And if they say that the quality is not good enough, they're right, pics will turn out blurry if they are not good quality. My posters turned out great though, and they provide you with shipping confirmation so you know when to expect them.

Bought 3 custom posters for my dorm room. Site is easy to use and warns you if you try to upload a photo that's too small to make a good poster for that size. Shipping cost nearly as much as the posters themselves, but i'm sure that if you order more the ratio drops since they use a fairly large hard cardboard poster tube for shipping. And the posters are so cheap anyway, it was still a great deal. Arrived in a few days and my posters looked great! The images were on the dark side and i would've liked a darker black ink but other than that i love them. If i ever need more custom posters and can wait a few days to a week, i'm definitely ordering from here rather than an office or printing store

As a teacher, I often need good quality, but economical posters for my classroom. A lot of the time, I need a poster tailored to my needs. I have ordered numerous posters from this site and have been extremely pleased. I tend to purchase the 18" x 24," $2.97 posters the most often. There is no minimum requirement and the quality is excellent for the price. I have purchased their 24" x 36" as well. The website is straightforward and it will tell you if the image you are using will work or not. You can even create a pdf and upload it. Shipping can be a bit on the pricey side, but not prohibitively. So far, so good!

Due to my stupidity, the posters I wanted to have printed for my classroom did not have the proper scaling choice selected. I was immediately(I mean IMMEDIATELY) contacted by the shortrunposters staff about my error. They were very helpful in helping me decide the best format to print the posters and are in the process of printing my posters now. I am extremely satisfied with their customer service - - probably the best customer service I have ever received.
