My experience was great. It was extremely easy to navigate the site and locate the items I was looking for. Check out was just as easy, received notifications regarding my purchase and shipping. I was very please with my entire experience using Shop.avfc.co.uk
Really hard work same company but online purchases can't be returned and exchanged which I think is not good. Also no cash return refund vouchers only. You make it such a chore people may want a cash refund
From start to finish so simple to navigate through the website. Anyway found what I was searching for and very happy with my purchases. Would normally visit the villa store but decided to shop on line. Very fast delivery and would definitely use again. UTV Highly recommended

The villa shop is always busy so lots of people to navigate round. Due to crowds it's difficult to find what you want, too busy to browse on match days.
Check out system is really efficient, even though there is a que, it's well organised and you get through super quick.

Unable to purchase tickets in family zone as the site didn't think I was eligible. Already been to three games this season, appears there was a glitch in the system. But that doesn't make the family tickets available sadly. Not ideal for a 6 year old.
Despite the faulty lettering on the shirt (definitely not good!), I fully understand the dilemma re exchange (because it was a birthday present for an up-coming birthday, by the time the gift was given and worn, and the fault noted - it was beyond the 90 day return limit). The guy on the phone recognised that there was a fault - clearly seen from the photographs but was apologetic that he couldn't exchange. He went away to see what could be done then phoned back to offer a very good discount on my next order. This was acceptable to me given the delay in reporting the fault. Here's hoping for better quality clothing from my next order!
