This is probably 741's fault and not the website but my overall experience is that I love my shoes and the site was very good about telling me when they were ready to ship and I got them soon after that. So that was great.
I have and will be with Shoedazzle. I love this company! It was has been my go to on buying the latest and fashionable shoes, accessories and clothing. I do wish they offered more variety on sizes especially for plus size.
Incredibly cute shoe, with the support my feet have been craving. I'm flip flops or boots, but flip flops can be so unhealthy for your feet. I completely appreciate the selection regarding the various levels of bling. Customer service was excellent! Definitely have a repeat customer.

I was not informed there would be monthly fees. I had lost my job and saw an opportunity for $5 shoes for my kids for winter and hopped on it. Next thing I know a couple of weeks go by and I had $45 taken out of my account. Never again. I have cancelled everything and will not be back.
I know they charge your credit card on file, if you do not skip by the 6th of the month. Which is ridiculous. I was sick so I forgot. My credit card that is not on file was charged $49.99 later that month. I made a purchase and the item was on sale. I could not use my credit for the sale price, to get two items and pay the difference, which is ridiculous. I closed my account. The same experience happened with JustFab as well at the same time frame.
I ordered two pairs of boots back in January and when I got my package, there was only one box and it was a completely different boot. Customer service helped with returning the shoe to start the process of an exchange so I can get my correct order, because I wasn't going to get the correct shoes until I returned the wrong boots. About two weeks go by and I haven't heard anything back, but I know my return made it back to the warehouse with my tracking number. I had to call customer service once again to see when my order would be shipped, apparently no moves were being made. It was in the system as an exchange and they saw my package was returned to the warehouse. So they had to place another exchange in order for my correct boots to be sent to me and by the time I get the boots my state is getting warm weather and I can't wear them as much.
I have VIP credits that I paid over $45 for. Everything I find is $5-$10 and I have to use one credit. I have so many credits and I'm just ready to cancel because it's not worth it. When I do place an order, i still have to pay shipping and I waste even more money. Then I don't like the item and I have to return it. Gone downhill. Over it

They run big. Ordered an 8 and was too big. Got 7.5 were perfect. Received them fast the first time. Had to exchange and received right away. Will order again.
Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!
