There's no cancelation fee.

There is no fee but they work hard at convincing you to keep it. Just keep saying no thank you!

Hello! This is from the ShoeDazzle team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it.

We encourage you to contact our Member Services Team to cancel. We're available 24/7 by phone at 1-888-508-1888 and Live Chat from 6am - 6pm (PST) 7 days a week.

In order to benefit from shoe dazzle offer you MUST be a VIP member. Without it you are welcome to purchase their shoes except they will cost you double the price. Yes you made a mistake and you can cancel but not before they run a transaction to your credit card, you have to call back and they will give you a refund which will take 7 to 10 business days. Oh did I mention the shoe order that you had originally placed is not valid! Only if you are a VIP member will you get shoes for $40 so remember before you buy they will charge you they will take the money from your card and they will give it back to you after 10 business days it's not worth it clever scam

When I canceled my membership they offered me a $10 credit to stay. Lol!

Tell them you lost your job it was the only way to get them to leave me alone

There is no fee. They will try to change your mind but just be firm.

Just call customer service and tell them, let them know you'd like to cancel. They'll most likely try and offer you points and talk you out of it, check your bank statement to make sure they don't charge your card after you cancel, write down the name of who you talked to in case you have issues later...

I am not sure you would have to research that on the website. I think the way you get those great deals is if you enroll in the membership. If your a shoe fanatic like me, it's worth it. Sorry I couldn't be any help
