I wish I would have never clicked on there website, I'll only say this one time, stay away trust me don't you send them your books or you'll be left with a headache wondering how on earth a company takes over 1 month to review a few books and send a direct deposit to there customers.
They claim you sent them the wrong isbn, and then say if you dont get back to them in a few days they keep it. Companies that prey on students are the lowest scum of the earth. As many others said this company should be investigated for fraud.
I sent them two textbooks in one package. One was checked in & I was paid for it. The other book was not. I have emailed them multiple times with no response after the first time, telling me to wait. They essentially stole one of my books. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be stolen from.
I sent one book. They contacted me by email that they had to send it to the "publisher" as the publisher is requiring a verification process to confirm the item is authentic. (I bought it at the college bookstore brand new.) They continue: if the item is deemed inauthentic by the publisher, the item in question will be quarantined indefinitely by the publisher. YOU WILL NOT GET PAID! I called customer service... they gave me the same garbage. Chat gave me the same garbage. Asked for a manager, they said one would call in 24 hours. NOPE. These are scam artists getting free books and preying on those that are just trying to make a little money on their used test-books.
This company is part of a network of online scams! This company operates under 5 different names and rents books it does not have. When buying books, they falsely downgrade the condition to pay you less and then pay slowly or not at all.
This site has to be fraud! They never paid me for one of my books which they were supposed to pay me big bucks for it. I sent them 2 books one that they paid me $7 dollars for they paid me, but the other they said they had to send it to the publisher to verify authenticity. I bought this book from my college store! Never heard from them again. I sent emails they do not respond and the book disappeared. I called they said that there was a problem with their system and they were let processing the payments and asked me to put this review online that would make them go faster
I did a few different book buyback programs, and this is by far the worst. I was told that my payment had been issued to my Paypal account, but it wasn't. So I called and they said they put in a check request. A month has passed and I still do not have my money and they are zero help.
I recently sold this company a book. I was told once the book got received that a payment would be issued to me in my account. I received confirmation from UPS that the book was delivered and checked in. I have tried several times to contact them through email since they don't list a number for them and I have yet to get any kind of response. I feel that this very poor business and will never do business with them again, and I don't encourage anyone else to do do business with them either.

I am brand new to this site but I am seeking help in order to sell the MANY books I have accumulated through my many years as a Nutritional Consultant. The subjects are many food remedies, nattural cures. Pain relief, proper diets for various conditions like hypertension, diabetes, overweight etc. l I spent a fortune for the many years I was in practice, I am now retired... and I do not want to discard my books but hopefully sell them for fair prices. I am hoping the sitejabber site will be of help to me as well as to the book buyers who will do very well with my books
Is that possible to give a 0-star review? They do not response to your emails. They told you your address is wrong so the check has been returned twice. They do not have a tracking number of the returned mail. Do not send your books to them!
