Sedo

Sedo offers no customer service. It was terrible working with them and I would never do it again. Sedo comes across dishonest and incompetent. It doesn't help their site hasn't changed since 2002, pretty embarrassing for a "tech" company.

Purchased a Domain from Sedo.com, paid for it. Then didn't hear back for a couple of days. Was thinking about how hard is it to get a transfer code. Literally takes 5 mins.

Sent a message and was told the seller was not interested in selling their domain anymore. But they didn't refund my money.

Then sent another message saying if they ain't going to sell please give me my 150USD back.

Only to get another message stating the seller only asked if they could not sell it and If I would be open to cancelling.

Which was completely the opposite of what they sent.

I wish I had never purchased anything through this company. I still haven't got my money refunded. I have no idea if I am getting the domain. Absolute worst service.

I decided to use Spamzilla instead and purchased a domain through GoDaddy instead. Purchase was instant. This company seems to be selling domains they don't actually have and then holding your money when you ask for a refund.

Without explanation, they blocked my account, it's good that I didn't transfer them to their server. How can you trust them to sell your domain names after such rudeness?

I can now rest now, After several months of panicking surfing online for solutions and looking for a way to recuperate my lost funds mostly i got scammed until I was introduced to Gal-way-reli-ance they have the best consultation and solution that's needed to get all your funds back.

So, I reported a Hacking through my account, as their site's security isn't really up to standard (doesn't even have two-way authentication enabled - which is violating the POPI Act) - and as a result, they blacklisted ME! Which can hurt MY BUSINESS because THEIR BUSINESS security is LACKING. I don't trust companies like this. I suppose this would just inspire people to keep quiet and let the sites be hacked! You don't even have options to delete accounts - which is violating the POPI Act and privacy laws. And with their lacking, they will ruin YOUR email and profile.

I had 2-3 sites parked at sedo.com
After a while I wanted to check my earnings. Looks like they 'corrected' my earnings to 0.
