These trains run on time, and connections are very convenient. Buy your ticket in advance on your phone and show it on the train, no need to print. First class at double the price isn't worthwhile unless your phone shows that your trains will be very crowded (usually at commuting times). Put your carry-ons on the other 1 or 3 seats--and you won't be bothered. On major routes you have free wi-fi. If you can commit to a specifc time a week in advance, you will be offered (and should take) a half-price ticket. This is a very good railroad!
Very good for checking timetables in Switzerland (and Europe), buying tickets online, exploring season tickets and special offers. The navigation is not always intuitive. The 'Mobile Preview' app, which is still in beta phase, looks superb but doesn't yet work reliably on my Fairphone.
