Never got the painting, never got a refund

I have ordered a painting from Saatchi Art. Following many emails, they have informed me that the painting was lost. After several attempts, their customer service (Kat) has told me that they will refund me in 7-10 days(!). I have not been refunded and their customer service and support group never reply to my email. Another scam company.

I enjoy receiving the catalog and looking online line at their great selection of artwork. My art is on the site and it helps to have saatchi as a backup.
