"BADLY" POOR SERVICE | YOUR MONEY GO FOR NOTHING

Due to ruroc did not issue & (only issued a simple Invoice), so that Indonesia's customs had charged my order & for 301% from I should have paid.
Even though I had informed, via email, customer service manager ruroc.com, that those must-have-document accordingly, shortly after placing the order.
Not only that, boxes and items delivered were also destroyed and messy not like they should be (see photos).
