The return process involved their customer service department writing smug insulting emails when I asked to return a non conforming order. No one should be insulted this way. Terrible customer service. I am NOT going to give them any more business. When they send out the wrong product the least they could do is be professional about the return. Nope, not professional- they were horrible.

We are really sorry for any confusion or frustration. Our reply we sent to this customer is below, we are not sure how that is rude or insulting but again we are sorry to hear that. Our return policy is also on our FAQ page of the website. The customer was also provided the telephone number as originally that was not asked for, so in our 2nd reply it was provided:

We accept returns for a refund (sorry no exchanges) to your original payment method. We have a easy to use return system to allow you to create your own UPS return label and Return Authorization number yourself with a click of a button (see below):
Returns will be accepted for a refund (less the original shipping cost) if the return is within 30 days old and unused by the customer.

You must enter your order number and email address you used to place the order. The order number is the number on your order confirmation, that starts with the number 6 and is 7 digits long.

Once returned and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and you will get an email alert once the refund is processed.

Love my new clubs

Love my new Cleveland Halo hybrid iron set, hitting them straight, long, high, and soft. I am an avid 70 year old golfer playing in 2 leagues a week, knocked 3 strokes off my handicap in less than a month with these new clubs. Rockbottom rocks!

Crooked Return Charges
August 29, 2023

Order two shorts, a polo, two gloves, and a divot tool. Tried the shorts and polos and were too big/baggy. Shorts fit like capris and shirt was baggy and uncomfortable. Requested a return and was dumbfounded. My total was 107.92. I was refunded 47.45 for two shorts and the polo. I was charged for shipping as well. So I ended up paying $60 for two gloves and a divot tool…. (mizuno glove $15.95, FJ gloves $11.95, Divot tool $8.64=$36.54. Where's the other $23.46 at?!? Total scam company do not order unless you are 100% sure the items you are buying are to keep.

We are happy to address your concerns although it did show the refund breakdown when you created the return. You ONLY created a return for 3 items out of the 6 items you purchased sir. Therefore you would only be refunded for the items you created the return for. Also if you opted to use our Prepaid UPS Label service that is a 9.99 fee as clearly indicated on the returns page you created the return label from and approved. Please refer to the return details page as it explained the costs right on that.

I am just a regular 3 putting golfing customer and started with my first purchase here at least 10+ years ago when I first started playing the game.

They say it's not the equipment, it's the player. Having clubs and accessories that's been customized over the years has been fantastic and what really made my game excel.

Thank you RBG for all the best reviews and accessories to keep my 12 year old Mizuno hybrid irons my best weapons on the course.

Given the new rules of pandemic style golf, many courses now require walking instead of riding.
I searched high and low for a good push cart and literally every golf store was out of stock or on a June-July back order date.
I found exactly what I wanted at Rock Bottom Golf and received my order in a week or less.
Not only did I get my push cart, I also got a free pair of golf shoes with my order.

I like the 14 way full length dividers. Keep clubs from getting tangled up. Plenty of storage space. Nice extras (glove attachment site, card pocket and pen sleeve). Haven't been using very long. Material does not seem as sturdy as my previous Bag Boy bag but no problems so far.

I would recommend this website for ordering golfing products. My only con would be the return policy. Wish it had free returns on items like Golf Shoes! Hard to tell if shoes fit well unless you can try them on! Unfortunately mine were too tight but not worth paying the return shipping!

My golf balls

I ordered 2 dozen Wilson 50 with personal name on them. They got here sooner than projected and were perfect. Haven't used them yet but am looking forward to. Rock bottom has always got my shipments to me early no matter what I've ordered. Great service online and selection is amazing. Will continue to RB golf as long as I can, thanks!

Terrible Customer Support (Adam)

I used to love RBG and have spend thousands there annually as I am a club builder and host a couple tournaments a year and buy prizes for a good deal at RBG. However, this is all before I met Adam in customer support who decided to lose my business over not honoring free shipping because of a few dollars under the promotional terms that were not very clear. Not to mention I offered to add to my order to meet the minimum for the free shipping and he would still not adjust. Then he thought that it was okay to be smart and tell me the promotional terms in (the small print) were spelled out "very clearly". It's always funny when these jokers think they have the last laugh. Makes no difference to me as there are so many discount golf sites to choose from these days. I gave two stars only because I have had some positive experiences in the past and maybe Adam is just an anomaly...
