Where do I start? Their email service from their "Contact" tab doesn't work. Tried several times only to get various messages of why it couldn't be sent. Tried calling them during the published C/S hours on their website, only to be notified by the automated answering machine that their hours of operation are completely different from their website info.
I wanted to order something, but Lord knows if the order would ever be processed or God Forbid, should I need some C/S assistance!
Had intrest in a set of irons regarding shaft material and flex...Set was exactly what I wanted but needed more detail before the purchase...Did not receive an answer back for my inquiry...This is a bad business practice and a Red Flag...I wouldn't trust doing business with someone like that (but thats just me)..
I bought an item online and changed my mind 20 minutes later. I called the company during business hours immediately... and no one answered the phones. I then sent an email to the returns address and never got a reply. I then had to take receipt of the item and pay to send it back and pay a restocking charge. Ridiculous.
I purchased 2 shirts and the shirts were small for the size. If I were to wash them they would shrink a bit making matters worse. I went to the Golfetail website and was following the easy 3 step when I was smacked in the face with a $14 plus return fee and a possible re-stocking fee. This should not be allowed and should be investigated by Consumer Affairs or AG's.
Ordered a mystery box. Was supposed to be worth 79.00 retail. The items in the box could be purchased at a flea market for under 20.00 total. MSRP according to them was 79.00. VERY inflated. I emailed them and was basically told - too bad, you got what you ordered. Last time ordering anything from Golfetail!
Purchased a pair of shorts (too small and didn't fit well) and a pair of sunglasses (poor quality).
In order to return I had to print a Return Authorization to be sent with merchandise.
I had to purchase a return label for $14.41. Usually shop on Amazon or Ebay where returns are free!
These guys are phenomenal. The communication and helpfulness before the sale is second to none, and the products and prices can't be beat. Have made multiple purchases over the past couple of years and have recommended to friends who have also been thrilled with the service and prices.
I ordered three large size antigue shirts. On sale for about $15.00 Ea. One fit the others were xl and xxl even though marked large. Sent them back as per instructions
Plus freight. They claimed I would be credited $15.00 per shirt plus freight. I talked to someone FOUR times and they claimed they would credit me correctly. Still waiting.

I ordered a full set of golf clubs and I was sent a tracking number for my order. While I checked the tracking number the next day and it showed a picture of a door that was not mine. So I contacted golfetail by email someone named Ryan responded and said that he contacted FedEx and that the clubs were delivered to the wrong address and they would pickup at the wrong address and would be sent to the correct address while that was 5days ago and now I have sent many emails and tried calling them and no answer on both fronts.
Have bought used clubs from them several times. Good prices and the clubs were always better than they were rated. Will always deal and recommend them, fast service too.
I placed an order for a set of irons through their eBay store. 4 days later they said they made a mistake on the price and should have charged me more. Instead of just honoring the price that I bought it for they told me to cancel my order and they would give me a whopping 8% discount off the price they said it should have been. The difference in the price I paid and the price they were going to "discount" it for was $350. Also, the "discounted price" they were offering me was the same price they had it regularly listed for on their website and the same price I could buy it at other retailers. Needless to say I was no longer interested in the clubs. On top of that I get a message saying that the "buyer" requested to cancel the item (which I didn't) and because of that I can not leave feedback for the seller on eBay (hence why I am here to vent). I messaged saying I wanted the product that I bought but that message was ignored. Overall poor customer service and because of this I missed out on a different eBay listing that was a much better deal than this turned out to be. If they would have either honored the price that was agreed upon or at least gave a worthwhile discount to make up for it then we wouldn't be here, but here we are and I am still without clubs. Take your business to someone who owns up to mistakes and doesn't just have the customers take the fall for them.
Ordered a pair of shoes and two clubs. Order came quick and when I returned one of the clubs I received a prompt refund. Thank you
