I put money on a reload it card and now I can't access my money. This is trash behavior. The guy from customer service said theirs nothing he can do about it. The store I bought it from said theirs s nothing they can do about it. I'm out money. And they are happy someone got scammed again. I actually believe that this company works of scamming ppl and that's it's main objective. They should be closed down. Someone should start a class action lawsuit on this behavior.

Reload it.com is a scam I bought their pack signed up for their stupid safe and can not get access I have not received an email from them and they have no real customers service therefore I'm unable to load my money into my card they are ripping people off

Can't get access to my funds for 24 hours now. Customer service has said they will have a specialist fix since last night. I asked if I could speak to someone in that dept and they can only be reached by email

Bet that this scam is illegal, but since it involves banks it's okay...
They will hold your money up verifying your card 4 to 8 hours. Everything else works in real time but wait it's the card your loadings fault. Not fast not convenient. Not easy to use.

I have had some success with this company but it always took hours to verify my cash deposit at one of their sites and transfer the money to my grandson. Now I find that I paid cash for a reload card at Safeway and have spent more than a day trying to load it onto my safe for transfer. They always say they are having technical problems try again later. I tried calling customer service and was treated rudely and the only Help I got was to wait an hour and try again. I am tempted to think the people who own the site have decided to bag the current balance and leave town.

These people should be in jail for a card can't get a safe to load the my card call customer service and was told leave it sit for 2 hours then it should work it don't these are the scammers and I will be filling with the better business bureau and possibly charges

I bought reloadit card said there was an error I called and talked to two different representative both giving me a run around I don't understand why you cannot transfer it from the card to my safe account so I can use my money. The situation I left me on the street with two kids no food and if I go back to the abusive situation my life is over and this is where you left me I bought a faulty product and you cannot fix the problem? What kind of product can you sell it doesn't work or you can't fix.? So now I'm on the street with two kids and no food and they weren't even tell him why I couldn't feed them thank you

It sounds great. It states that it is fast and easy. In reality it is not fast nor it is not easy. Customer service is useless. You are unable to create an account to access your funds. They will state it is because your $700.00 phone is not compatible. They will tell you that you need to use a laptop. When you try to use the laptop it gives you the same useless message. Customer service is still unable to help. I am now stuck with a useless $40.00 activation card and also lost two and a half hours of time. Just buy a gift card!

What is going on? I cant even create a safe. We tried 6 different computers with 6 different emails and still nothing. It will say technical difficulties or this device belongs to a different account or maximum accounts allowed. I NEVER MADE AN ACCOUNT. Its been like this All october 2023. I still cant make a safe account
