I left a negative review along with 9 others... guess which reviews are currently showing on RateMd. I guess if people have similar experiences they must all be lying. Only positive posts allowe I guess. Fake representation of who doctors really are.
He is a very caring doctor. He takes his time answering my questions, never shows he is in a rush. He gives accurate diagnosis and
prescribes medicines that work for me. He is the best doctor that I have ever had.
This web site is not credible as any competitor or disgruntled person can give a fake negative rating without consequence as they are not registered with google
I have seen that Rate MD has removed several reviews of a certain doctor which are very serious and indicates that the doctor has divulged improperly medical information of her patient to another, without informing that patient and obtaining her informed consent. Rate MD proclaims that it does not remove reviews but I am witness to that it has indeed colluded with this doctor to remove negative reviews from various vulnerable patients concerned by her illegal and inappropriate behaviour, criminal in nature. This doctor's name is Dr. Cynthia Baxter and I am also a victim of her criminality and I saw others who left seriously concerning reviews that speak to criminal behaviour, being silenced by Rate MD, which is very concerning. CPSA in collusion with Rate MD's appear to run a network of promoting criminal behaviour and complete lack of ethics.
RateMDs likes to delete reviews that they deem aren't valid or truthful, when it's very difficult to determine what isn't valid or truthful.
Disgusting.
Stay away from this website.
Dr. Quan and his staff were professional in all aspects of dealing with patients. His work was outstanding, directions on wound care were clearly understood. Dr. Quan is a very personable surgeon who makes contact with patients very comfortable. My wife had surgery on her face several years ago and has no markings from it at all. With that in mind, I was very comfortable with him working on my face. I highly recommend him. I was blessed by the good Lord to have found him for this surgery.
Fun facts about RATE MDS 1. Doctors can pay to remove negative reviews. 2. Even people who have not been to the doctor can post
I started on COPD Herbal treatment from Ultimate Life Clinic, the treatment worked incredibly for my lungs condition. I used the herbal treatment for almost 4 months, it reversed my COPD. My severe shortness of breath, dry cough, chest tightness gradually disappeared. Reach Ultimate Life Clinic via their website at www.ultimatelifeclinic.com. I can breathe much better and It feels comfortable!
This company is pure garbage both from within and how they allow libelous content on their site to gain advertising traffic. They are pure trash and should be shut down.
My personal experience has been that some of my personal honest negative reviews which benefit the community have disappeared. Strange. Looking at other genuine review sites to promote and follow.
This site is part of social media fake news(reviews). How reliable are anonymous reviews when you do not even need a name or email address to write a review? Most of them are fake, negative or positive. You can find healthcare professional with over 300 reviews almost every week, and 95% positive! Clearly written to advertise. It should stop spreading false information about healthcare people.
Dr Rothenberg was very through with my pre and post-surgery concerns. I highly recommend him. Thank you, Paul!
I don't practice. I've never had patients. Yet I've got a hater in 2019 claiming to be my patient. To imply I have patients would mean I'm practicing without insurance. Which I am not.
I am a general dentist that has had a great experience with Summit Medical and Orthopedics. They are all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and the wait is minimal if at all. Facilities are immaculate.
Linda Parisi, PA-C and Andrew Beharrie MD made me feel so comfortable. The treatment provided by both of them was nothing less than excellent. I highly recommend Linda Parisi internal medicine and Dr Beharrie orthopedic medicine. Thank you Summit medical!
The problem with this website is that fake reviews are published so it is impossible to tell what is genuine and what is fake. They have an extensive list of FAQs saying how they are protected from anyone who requests reviews to be removed, that they will not respond to demand letters and will not remove names of any individuals listed on the site unless they are dead, and that individuals outside of the US have not standing to request reviews be removed. It is a smear site for individuals with agenda's who do not want to be identified.
Dr Frankenberger has really helped me with my ruptured disks I Highly recommend her she also hes treated my mom she is very professional and attentive to my needs.
Dr. Peter Blume of New Haven, Ct. Took my two toes from a previous surgery and corrected them. He knew that with my other medical problems (RA) just what he had to do. He explained the procedure got me in surgery quickly and corrected them. I even got a x-ray of before and after for my records. It's so nice to find a doctor who understand your problem. Everyone of his staff was pleasant and helpful with questions. Its so nice to find a doctor who knows what and how to do things.
RateMD took down my negative review - and not only mine. Plenty of complaints about this website. Do not trust it. Why isn't there better oversight?
I have reached out to the company twice, with this same explanation and have received no response. This website places a healthcare providers name, APRN, PA, MD to their site based off our NPI numbers for the public to review. The goal I think is to enhance providers business, as they can ask patients to leave a review in their office. However, I do not work in a clinic in New Haven I work in the emergency department. This is clearly an emotional attack on me by a patient. Regardless the patient commented that I did not follow up, in emergency medicine we do not, we refer to primary care. She stated she was alone in the room however unfortunately during covid 19 there is a zero visitor rule. She stated do not see this doctor, I am not a doctor. Her friend also posted a negative comments about me who was not even present to witness the interaction. I believe this goes against the rules of the review and should have never been posted if so diligently reviewed by your company. You need to consider the type of providers you are exploiting on your site. I am not in private practice or trying to ramp up my patient population. In the ED I cannot choose which patients I see, they cannot choose the provider either. We are subjected to patients with an array of psychiatric diagnosis', drug seeking behaviors and you are giving them the ability to write whatever they want and that is just unfair. Most like the patient who said you should run far away is because I did not write her for narcotics and perhaps the attending did simply to get her out of the department. You do not have a good understanding of how the emergency department is set up. For private practice I could see why these reviews would be beneficial both for patients and providers. I have read other similar complaints from emergency medicine providers as well. Do you realize if I try to work in private practice one day how this will impact me as it is not differentiated the setting of this review? These websites recommend we reply to our reviews. I will not as my institution highly advises we do not directly respond to patient complaints.
I would really like my name removed from this site to prevent this in the future as I stated I am subject to a very vulnerable population but if you will not remove my name I ask that you remove these disgraceful, emotional, reviews that are not a true reflection of the environment I work in.
Dr. Kleinheinz completed a successful spinal fusion of the L4,5 and S1 and removed a number of bone spurs, one large enough to cause me to lose 2 pints of blood. I have to say the 4 hour surgery went amazingly well and I spent one night in the hospital. My recovery was easier than I imagined and the pain level was about a 2. I needed no pain medicine, only a tylenol or ibuprobin for either discomfort or swelling. Within 2 weeks I was able to move quite comfortably and PT did make a difference in terms of strength.
I would add that Dr. Kleinheinz is friendly and pleasant to work with and checked on me while I was hospitalized. I highly recommend this Doctor and I do, to everyone I hear of who needs spinal surgery. I am grateful I found him.
Answer: Yes, it is true. They don't actually even have to pay--they can just send an email and ask. And thy can review themselves because no one needs to validate who they are or set up an account.
