The flowers I ordered for a friend were delivered from a local reputable florist and the recipient was very pleased with the gift. I will continue to use Proflower over 1-800 flowers. I had many problems with 1-800, dead flower, late delivers, and poor customers service.

The ordering process was easy but, the flower arrangements were limited. The price was a bit high for the flowers and did not come with a vise. Also, the price listed did not include the delivery fee of another $20 bucks. For a simple arrangement it turned out to be $70 bucks. As I did not here from the recipient of the flowers, I do not know if she got them or not. I also did not get a conformation from ProFlowers.

Ordering process went great, but that is where it ends! Order was posted as delivered, but was never received at the delivery address. Called and could only speak to an AI generated bot, submitted a delivery dispute and was told that I would be contacted. Still haven't been contacted and the delivery still hasn't been refunded. Unacceptable! If I could give zero stars, I would!

I'm in Tx, delivery guy in Az sent me a picture of the flowers. My mom wasn't home, so delivery guy told me he left them in the shade out if the elements. Very thoughtful

The reason i first engaged ProFlowers some years ago was that they passed my order on to a local flower shop.
I was angered to see that this time the flowers were sourced from the other side of the country!
I want my purchases as much as possible to benefit MY community, not an unknown shop in Illinois!
I'm afraid that's it for me with ProFlowers - from now on i will make the extra effort to physically go local.

Although the arrangement is beautiful, we didn't locate it until late at night. Fortunately it wasn't too cold and the flowers held up relatively well.

Your service caused a panic because your email said the flowers had been delivered 15 minutes before the florist showed up with them. This caused a panic and a loss of faith in Proflowers. This is the second order in the last year that something has gone wrong.

I had to make a last-minute change to my delivery instructions and contacted customer support through the website. They were very quick to respond and had my instructions updated. The recipient loved the flowers and everything went very smoothly.

I had flowers delivered to my Mother's assisted living for her 93rd birthday. I couldn't get there in person so I thought she would love these……and she did! She just gushed about them, and said they were beautiful and perfect. 🙂

Answer: CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.
Answer: You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Answer: I paid over 100 for twelve on Mother's Day and never received them …… Hopefully I get my money back … Buyer beware
