I could not figure out how to work the QuickBooks online as that entire program is very challenging for someone like me. They whipped my books into shape in a quick period of time. I have since kept them on to monitor and make adjustments to anything I mess up or don't know how to do and they keep everything up to date. It saves me a ton of time not having to figure out how to become a bookkeeper. We have monthly meeting s to answer questions and they send me end of month reports of corporate review. They stay on top of stuff daily unless I slow them down not responding timely. They bill by the hour and seem to have been accurate and fair each month when I review there hours and statement charges. For me it has worked out very nicely to have pro bookkeepers over seeing the books. I have 2 companies and they do the books for both, I am pleased and look at them as part of my overall organization and Team.

We recently hired, The Girl Up Front, to manage our bookkeeping for 2018. Well we had started using QB, in 2017. And failed at it miserably. The Girl Up Front, fixed all of my errors in QB and she completely reconciled our entire 2017 bank account and prepared it for completing our taxes. We just completed our 2017 business taxes, S corp., late mind you, but completely our fault, she had everything ready for us. When we finally got around to completing our S Corp. business taxes everything The Girl Up Front had done for us worked perfect, and completing our taxes were never so easy. The other great thing about The Girl Up Front is that she is easy to work with and she answers my questions as soon as she is able.
