They must think their customers are morons

STAY AWAY! Ordered a monitor advertised as "new" from these guys. Shipped rolled in some bubble-wrap in a cardboard box (no where close to original packing). No warranty card, no paperwork. Also arrived with several housand hours on it. The monitor itself keeps an hours tally. Do they think I can't do math? Steer clear! Also, they didn't ship until I called them. "Oh it went out yesterday!" but UPS tracking says it was picked up the day AFTER I called and made an issue. My company won't be ordering from these clowns again!
