Placed order for chair I saw yesterday at approximately 5PM today. Received confirmation in email at 6:19PM. Saw email around 6:45PM and called to cancel. Picture not color leather sample I saw yesterday. Told could not cancel—they needed to request cancellation from vendor and wouldn't know for days if vendor would approve. I was prepared to go to store tomorrow and buy chair after reviewing leather samples and making sure I was getting right color. No more. Filling dispute credit card company.
