I had purchased a large order. They "sent it" but never arrived. I contacted shipping company and seller. Nothing could be done. Very upset spent over 500 dollars on cards. All they could say is I will they will work on it. Sent them messages and emails and they said they had no management so they couldn't do anything. I dont know how they cannot refund or at least send the product. Very upset.

Zekrom and Reshiram are anti-Islamic symbols. Reshiram symbolizes burning cross hate symbol. Zekrom is Ku Klux Klan Knight Hawk. I contacted Pokemon and they sent a message about an investigation that would take place. The next day it got marked solved and no solution was provided. There was no apology.

I love them
October 12, 2023

I love pokemon and i never won't. I can see how some of the pokemon might represent a passing resemblance to the KKK but they were just designed for kids so you probably shouldn't read into it that much. I can get that it might seem offensive but i don't think it should be taken as such, it was made for kids who like imagining things and if they were trying to be offensive they probably would have done something a bit more obvious. (don't take anything that i say to seriously, this is my opinion but i'm kinda stupid.)

I complain for the reason of offensive Pokemon dragons and they give me this. They say that they take feedback but they will not consider the feedback sent to them. Pokemon lies and they keep dragons that are designed like the KKK.

Rude response after feedback.
Complaint about Reshiram, Zekrom and fusions resembling the KKK.

This official hub for Pokémon product's is amazing! I've found so many different products that I love on the Pokémon website. From special Pokémon cards, to plushies, to even a GIANT Lapras floatie that I use when going to the lake, this website is amazing for finding the perfect thing for you. I recommend it especially for Christmas, as you can find so many products you may miss out on at your local Walmart or Target. Not a lot of glitches and a reliable way for payment, plus reviews are super legit! If could give more than 5 stars, I would. Great website!

Sorry for the bad shot, but these are some of my plushies I got when ordering.

This company works against the consumer. They keep unnecessary offensive content to give themselves attention. A matter of four Pokemon are controversial because of the design.
People complained about Reshiram, Zekrom, White Kyurem, and Black Kyurem. Together, these Pokémon share designs of what the Ku Klux Klan looks like.
The shapes of their heads with their colors and patterns. They match the robe and head. They've pushed these characters so much because they know they have controversy. The complaints are not far fetched. It is enough to tell that it was purposeful and not some huge accident. Avoid this company and their products.

(Pictures that have been posted were ones that have been found by Google search. Some were taken from another review which was on Niantic Inc. which was also recovered during research. Reviews on the Better Business Bureau have even been recovered.)

Zekrom looks like the Ku Klux Klan Knight Hawk, having eyes like a nazi flag. It was emphasized in the trailer. Reshiram burned in a cross pose in the trailer too and it was emphasized proudly. This company apparently likes the Ku Klux Klan. They also can't stay away from stereotypes to save their life. They are not genuine about being against racism because they act that way every day.

I thought this company was innocent and never thought they could be so evil. They had an incident where pictures of the Ku Klux Klan were posted to their official Google Maps page. Their support did not respond aside from the generic messages sent to reviewers. No clarification or apology was made. These images depicted White Kyurem and Black Kyurem as members of the Ku Klux Klan, in addition to Zekrom. I heard about the controversy surrounding these characters and would never think the company would handle a situation like this. They even claimed that the group was "nonviolent" which is completely false. First it was the resemblance characters like White Kyurem had with the Ku Klux Klan, but now it is apparently okay to let these characters exist in a kid's game and tell our kids that this behavior is okay. If the company cared, those pictures would have never been posted, the comments would have never been made, and those characters would have never seen the light of day. This can no longer be described as an "accident" because it has gone too far. Stay far away from this company for your safety.

Complaints and The Pokémon Company International’s racist response.

I didn't try in person because I have severe social anxiety. But their online contact was absolute horror, that made me want to actually call someone. Me. Call someone. With my extreme anxiety.
