Their promotional offers are misleading. In addition, you better hope that your order never arrives broken or damaged. I received a damaged item and was told by two different representatives that I would need to pay for return shipping whether I exchanged or returned it. I was also told how I could attempt to repair it. What company does this? In any event, I do not recommend ordering from this company.
These days there are so many catalog companies that have gone down hill for one reason or another. Almost 3/4 of the companies I used to order from I no longer do business with.
One of the few companies that have remained really good and easy to order from is Plow and Hearth. The quality of the products are great and the customer service is wonderful. Shipping is really good.
A pleasure to deal with them.
