We ordered a Stainless Steel Metal Garden Marker Plaque to honor our dog that passed in February 2022. The plaque was beautiful and was shipped fast, unfortunately after only 1 1/2 years later, the image and verbiage are already peeling off, which is extremely disappointing. This is very sad, the quality should be far better than this considering the cost!
I spent weeks trying to get a granite 18x24 memorial granite plaque for my dad. Every place was a crazy price like $1,200 + and 12 week turnaround. I happened to bump into the plaquemaker site and thought that maybe it would be too limited in what they could do etc. I called directly and explained what i wanted and i could not believe how easy to deal with and professional they were all the way along. The product i got was well packed and beautiful at a fraction of the price. Very very pleased!

I was a little skeptical about ordering a headstone online but Plaque Maker helped me over come that fear. After I submitted my order and approved my photo, they sent me an email back with the preview of the headstone. A couple of days later, I received my fathers headstone. It was beautiful! I was not disappointed and everyone loved it. I just wish that the engraving could have been a little deeper, but I can live with that.

Customer service was very responsive when I couldn't find my proof (it had gone to spam). The name tags look nice, they arrived quickly. I'd give 5 stars if I believed it was possible for any company to give me 5 star service, but I don't so they get 4.

This was a gift for my oldest son. He is an officer in the USCG. I was very pleased that this company had 4 emblems for the Coast Guard to add on the plaque. Usually when the military is represented, the Coast Guard is forgotten. The emblem added so much more to his name plaque. I also like that they looked over what I put on the plaque, double checking spelling, the font, color before making it. I will use them in the future for my other two children! I will recommend them to others looking for a plaque above & beyond a plain one.
I unfortunately lost my first son two months ago two weeks before his due date and it has been the hardest thing i have ever had to go through. I couldn't afford to get him a proper headstone but my son deserved to have a marker, i thought i was never going to be able to find anything more affordable until i came across this website.
