I have been asked to provide a review of Medals R Us Australia. When the order has not yet been delivered; this seems unfair to the supplier; that said, the item is still showing on the tracking site as "Order Placed" but no further information. So far I have ordered the item and the tracking shows that the order has been placed, great job, you have accepted my order!
Dealing with Medals R Us was easy. The website was well laid out and finding what I wanted was a breeze. Medals R Us was prompt in placing the order and shipping it out within a matter of hours. They notified me when it was sent so you can't ask for better service than that.
Asked a question about a medal assembly to go with a ribbon bar I had ordered... with minutes I was talking to someone about availability and cost... within the hour I had been emailed a cost in clouding freight options... and billing details... I ordered and payed for item straight away... excellent service...
I ordered some medals to be used in a short film so that they would be more authentic and the people from Medals R Us, rang to discuss in more detail the age of the person, where that person they may have served to ensure that the correct medals were sent out to us. They were very helpful, they sent a photo to us to look over, to check we were happy with the look, and then mailed them to us. Some of the best service I have seen.
From ordering to delivery I am very happy with the medals. My husband is looking forward to wearing them to honour his Uncle at next years dawn service.
As yet I have not received the medal I ordered. Seemed to be a fast process and dispatch but have not received it. I w give it a couple of more days see what happens
Hello, I still have not received the medal that I purchased. I paid extra postage (priority postage) I understand the current issues we are currently having with covid however we get parcels from Amazon (USA) quicker. Regards
