I had the wonderful luck to never receive my package due to it being delivered who knows where. When I called customer service the representative was rude and kept saying "if the package is really lost", when I am obviously telling her it is lost "TO ME" because I never received it. Very offended at her insinuating I am lying, very unprofessional on her part! They will have you create a claim with UPS and wait a full 10 days for UPS to finish an investigation before you have to call back and try to get a refund again (who knows how that will go). The representative was so rude that I ended up asking her name and she proceeded to just hang up on me! I tried to call back and NO ANSWER! Sadly I had already put in another order before calling. But I will never order from them again. Horrible experience. Do NOT recommend!

PinkBlush has been great! I've had a few great finds and those that didn't work out were easy to exchange or return. Shipping is quick will continue to shop with them!
