Made an order of $44+. Got absolutely nothing but they took the money from paypal. Whenpaypal inquired the were given a fake usps tracking number. These people are expert scammers. Beware because I learned a $44 lesson.
I would give zero stars if I could. I'm not sure what the problem is but I would say this is not a legitimate site at all. I placed an order, never got a confirmation email. Tried calling the phone number which does not work. Sent two emails with no response. At this point I am going to file a dispute with PayPal.
Definitely a scam website. As all the other complainants, I purchased an item from site thru PayPal. No item, no emails, not responses. PayPal dispute ends with a fraudulent UPS tracking number, and you out your money with no recourse.
100 percent scam this website should be shutdown due to thier business behavior. They scam hard working people out of thier money by advertising inexpensive items that they never deliver but they sure do take your money. I was a victim of this. Please be forewarned do not use them as they will just scam you out of your money
Google shopping surfaced one of their items during a search and it was cheaper than other sites. I never heard of it but figured Paypal had my back. The paypal receipt is from this person and email address: *******@163.com. Now I have to go through the Paypal dispute process. I was searching for the same item to actually purchase it and saw the item in Google Shopping just like before but this time at www.boours.com and it looks almost EXACTLY the same except with a different name. I would bet it's a scam site too and they just clone the same page.
I ordered an RV toilet I found through google shopping. I paid through PayPal, but never received a confirmation email from the actual website. I emailed both the email address listed for contact on the site and never received a response. A different email address (*******@163.com) was listed on the PayPal receipt; so I emailed that address about my order and received no response. Two days later I received a tracking number from PayPal which was obviously false because it said the package weighed about 6 lbs (RV toilets weigh a little more than that- especially in their packaging. On the proof of delivery it said "met customer man" for the delivery location and it was supposedly delivered at a time when I was home and working in the front yard. I had to file a complaint and claim with PayPal.
Also, when you try to shop the website it doesn't have any products listed.
Do not shop this site. It's definitely a scam.
If you have not already filed a dispute with PayPal do it now. Like right now. This company is completely illegitimate and also had several clone websites. They will send you fake tracking information i. E. You ordered on the 27th of June yet somehow magically an item will ship to you on the 12th of June before you even heard of the website. I've tracked the phone number down to a Justin A. Campbell of the Seattle area.
Ordered some wheels and rims never got a confirmation email or a response from the customer service when I emailed them. I disputed the paypal charge. The tracking number that the seller finally gave through payapl was fake said that the package was only 2 pounds and delivered on a day and time I was literally outside my house in the driveway. There is no way full size tires plus rims X2 could weigh only 2 pounds. DO NOT BUY STAY AWAY!
This is a scam site sent money no delivery, no return emails and phone is off the hook. Go ahead try to call them Been reported yo PayPal, UPS and FBI. That says it all, do not shop here.
Took my money. Went threw PayPal never received my product... They give you the wrong email... This company SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! Definitely filling a fraud with PayPal and I am going to the BBB to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
