I ordered 2 hats on Sept 27 and they finally shipped them out on October 8,11 days later. I finally received the package Oct 19, total shipment time was 22 days. At the time of order they do not explain that it is coming from China and could take 3-4 weeks for delivery. My package was crushed and had been cut open on the top, so I presume they could see what was in there. The hats were printed with a cheap sticker on them, they wont be lasting very long. Never again!

Don't order anything from this company. It's based in China and their products are not good quality. The return policy is - you pay for your returns to China. It took a month for me to receive my order. The quality was substandard. Customer service department was very rude and unprofessional! Don't waste your money. I have a sample of the products if you want to see the actual quality before placing orders. I also have email communications from customer service if you want to see what my experience with trying to return and request a refund was like.

Over 2 months later, merchandise ordered still not delivered!
I ordered a cover for my MacBook Pro over 2 months ago and have yet to receive my order. I contacted customer service to get a refund for the merchandise I did not receive. I was told I'd have to contact the shipping company to see where my item is. I have already purchased a different cover due to Pilot Eyes Store inability to deliver my order in a timely manner. Customer service is not issuing me a refund, so I am filing a complaint with my credit card company. BEWARE of ordering with this business!

Site didn't provide tracking number, doesn't send it on time, and the customer service people are the rudest sons of $#*!es you'll ever encounter! Super rude, threatens you with $#*! and says $#*! like "Think wisely! You do not understand! This has already been picked up and shipped!" Ye they can't provide a tracking number. They should not be allowed to do business in America. I already filed a complaint with the authorities. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. Y'all people who's getting scammed by these $#*!ers, we should all file a complaint collectively to get this website banned from doing business in the US.

Horrible experience so far!
I placed my order end of April.
- it took more than 2 months to be able to track my package.
- my package was stuck at customs in Belgium because: 1. A bill was missing that they failed to provide with the shipment. 2. There was a possibility to have to pay a 30% tax on the shipment because the package was coming from China. Two big surprises at the same time: the "made in China" and the custom tax were of course not mentioned anywhere on their website.
I provided all the required paperwork to customs but they still decided to send the package back to the origin.

After more than 4 months, I decided to ask for a refund, in accordance with the policy that is advertised on their website. First answer "not possible for the time being". After that, all my refund requests have just being ignored. "We are working on this". In their last email, they even tried to blame me for the issue.
Please don't purchase from them, there are many other online pilot shops that are way more reliable!

Bought 3 items that have been delivered 5 weeks after purchase.
Products are ok, quality is fine and conform to picture on their website.
I'm happy with this company
